Welcome at the Chef's Table

Enter Maris Piper via the private entrance, and step into our prestigious Chef’s Table dining area. Overlooking the buzzing brasserie, but limited to only 12 guests at the deluxe kitchen counter, let our chefs take you on a culinary journey that is intimate, personal and truly unforgettable.

 

From October 7th, the Chef's Table is open for dinner on Friday and Saturdays. Reservations can be made between 6pm and 8.30pm.

Menu

The chefs personally serve a carefully composed 9-course menu, featuring complimentary highlights from the Maris Piper brasserie menu. The chefs serve you a changing menu, featuring complimentary highlights from the Maris Piper brasserie menu.


Wine lovers will be guided by sommelier Anne de Boer, who creates remarkable wine pairings with a variety of natural and classic wines of the highest quality from their most notable years.

Private Dinner

The Chef’s Table is perfectly suited for intimate group dinners of up to 12 people. The area is closed to guests in the brasserie, and there is comfortable seating to relax and enjoy a drink while guests arrive. The menu is served at the counter, together with the preferred arrangement of wines and other drinks.

In addition, the Chef's Table lends itself to meetings, presentations and workshops. Other wishes are of course negotiable.
